  The good outweighed the bad by lots. They did a good job laying down the termite traps or so it appears.We will have to wait and see next Spring. The sales guy was good. Nothing was a problem for him except that some extras were not done because of inclement weather at the time. The operator on the phone was not especially helpful no doubt because she did not know the person I last spoke with (John). John Gumbas later became the good guy by responding to me. Then I finally got Glen Munson to take care of or set down the grain to kill off the ants I have had lots of trouble with for what seems like forever. Small ants entering my home from outside and an occasional carpenter ant showing up in the kitchen. They probably reside here. Last but not least, Suburban trapped and and carried away a raccoon that invaded an ajacent structure formerly a garage and now habitable space. That was big.
