  Typical experience. Encountered a couple of individuals whose inability to help customers was only exceeded by their absolute unwillingness to offer even rudimentary assistance. Then I moved to the Electrical / Lighting Dept. and was met by a fellow named Rich, who even though his shift had just ended, was ready, willing, and more than able to offer whatever kind of "illumination" shall we say was required until I fully understood how to accomplish my task. When he succeeded in that goal, he then offered numerous recommendations regarding my lighting installations, and then proceeded to stipulate the pros and cons of utilizing the various items in my desired set up. Truly outstanding.
